Degree Apprenticeships at ARU Proudly Supporting National Apprenticeship Week 2024

ARU develops future-ready talent in the tech sector through degree apprenticeships

As a leading degree apprenticeship provider, we understand that employers in Cambridgeshire, face many challenges related to talent attraction and retention including skills shortages, in part, due to the specialised skill set required in this industry. Simultaneously, professionals in the tech industry seek continuous learning, career growth and upskilling, driven by the need to stay relevant in an ever-changing industry. Employers must provide clear paths for advancement and invest in employee development to retain their top talent.

Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) plays a pivotal role in providing tailored Degree Apprenticeships that align with the evolving demands of the sector by working closely with leading employers in the industry during the development stage. We offer a range of higher level apprenticeships including Data Science, Bioinformatics and Laboratory Science, as well as various business-focused programmes which have contributed to our success in being awarded the title of Times Higher Education University of the Year 2023.

If you would like to chat to a member of our team and discover how you can reinvest your Apprenticeship Levy funds or receive funding to support the cost of the apprenticeship, please email: degreesatwork@aru.ac.uk. We are excited about the prospect of collaborating with organisations within the CWIC network to support with future development and recruitment challenges.
