Gen AI is one of the most disruptive technologies of our time, yet its impact on the workforce remains one of the least understood. Technology never exists in isolation and only thrives in combination with workers, but there is still limited insight into what the workforce is really doing – and not doing – with GenAI.

To help address this, Deloitte has undertaken a major study of 25,000 workers in the UK to understand the current state of GenAI adoption: who is using it, how, why, and with what impact. The research also reveals shadow usage, inequalities, governance and risk challenges, and the gap that can exist between workforce experience and leadership perception.

At this event, we will explore the findings in more detail and focus specifically on the Cambridgeshire and East Anglian areas. You will have the opportunity to hear from both Deloitte specialists and other experts, with the opportunity to ask questions and continue the discussion with peers afterwards.
