National Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Integration Centre - Market Demand Study Webinar

The National Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Integration Centre (NASPIC) is a UK-owned, open-access innovation, industrialisation, and scale-up centre dedicated to advancing semiconductor packaging and integration technologies. Working collaboratively with industry, government, and academia, NASPIC helps organisations bridge the gap between research, innovation, and manufacturing by accelerating technology development, supporting the reshoring of high-value semiconductor packaging activities, and connecting commercial opportunities into supply chains.

To further enhance its capabilities, NASPIC is undertaking a major expansion through Glasgow City Region Innovation Zone funding that will add a 600m² ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanroom. This next-generation facility will enable the packaging and integration of emerging technologies, including photonics, high-performance computing (HPC), CMOS, edge AI, and quantum systems. These capabilities will position NASPIC as a nationally important asset and a leading UK centre for advanced semiconductor packaging innovation, industrialisation, and scale-up.

IMAPS-UK is undertaking part of the Market Demand Study with Interested Parties to ensure that their views are represented and acted upon in the setup of the NASPIC Facility.

We would like to invite you to participate in a Webinar from 10:00 – 11:00 on Wednesday 16 September 2026 to hear about progress of the project and receive your input on the future direction of the initiative.
