SCWS 2026 agenda reflects defining year for small cells

Register now for Small Cells World Summit (SCWS) 2026, the only global conference series dedicated to the small cells, DAS and wireless eco-system.

SCWS bring together operators, neutral hosts, vendors, enterprises, regulators and connectivity users for two days of content knowledge sharing, networking and exhibition.

Forecast as a defining year for small cells, with demand growing at pace, the reality of future deployment figures will be determined by the choices and decisions made by the industry this year. The event will have a significant role to play in shaping the commercial outlook for 2027-2030. The agenda, designed to encourage open discussion and engage all parties to further shared goals, is set around these core themes:

  • The expanding small cells ecosystem: an industry in growth
  • Connectivity blueprints for outdoor public places: from planning to reality
  • Next generation networks for venues: the new wave of connectivity demand
  • Open networks and sharing frameworks: are we nearly there?
  • Future networks: from AI to satellites
  • Private, enterprise and mission critical networks

The conference promises to once again bring together all stakeholders in the industry. It’s the perfect opportunity to network with peers and hear the very latest thinking on a wide range of topics affecting the industry. Speakers from companies around the world include Nvidia, Qualcomm, TAWAL, Cellnex, BT, VM02, Nokia, ANDREW, Turkcell, the Europea Space Agency, Ookla, Airspan Networks, Rakuten, and many more.

Simon Fletcher, Chief Strategy Officer at Small Cell Forum (SCF), which curates the SCWS agenda, said:

“This year, the agenda we have created will draw together leading figures from around the world, connecting those who require connectivity, with those who provide it. We are set to hear insightful discussions and debate around some of the biggest issues in our industry – deployment of shared networks, connectivity for local authorities, AI RAN and Edge AI, and the future of 6G rollout and non-terrestrial networks. I can’t wait to see what’s discussed and what direction the debate takes.”

Throughout the conference, SCF will also host a number of targeted workshops including “Globalizing network sharing frameworks”, in collaboration with the UK JOTS Forum, and “Local Authority connectivity”, an invite-only breakfast briefing for local authorities. The first evening of SCWS will include an open networking drinks reception, followed by the SCF Mobile Network Awards ceremony and reception.
