Unlocking innovation: How Cambridge Enterprise works with business to create impact

In their twentieth year, Cambridge Network is delighted to welcome Cambridge Enterprise as a speaker for October. Cambridge Enterprise is the innovation arm of the University of Cambridge, helping University research and expertise to deliver life-changing outcomes with world-changing impact. Join Tom Mentlak and Peri Cihan as they explore how businesses can access Cambridge's research, technologies and academic expertise, from consultancy and collaborative partnerships to licensing opportunities and venture creation.

The session will provide an overview of how innovation moves from university research into practical applications that benefit society and the economy, how commercialisation generates income that is reinvested back into the University, and how organisations can engage with Cambridge Enterprise to solve challenges and accelerate innovation. The talk will also introduce the Technology Investment Fund (TIF), highlighting its role in supporting translational projects, investment trends and bringing promising technologies closer to commercial application.

Join us to hear about inspiring entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge.
