UnitedSiC’s innovative SiC products offer breakthrough performance, highlighted by the recent announcement of the industry’s first UJ4C Gen 4 750V SiC FETs. All UnitedSiC FETs use unique cascode technology allowing for flexible drop-in compatibility with Si MOSFETs, IGBTs as well as other SiC MOSFETs, based on the 5V threshold voltage and wide gate operating range of +/-20V. These unique, high-performance, cost-effective SiC FET devices can switch at higher frequencies and improve efficiency, creating a higher-rated solution or a smaller design with reduced cooling requirements.
