Call for SIG Champions: AI Special Interest Group

We’re seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to become a SIG Champion for our AI Special Interest Group.

As AI transforms industries across wireless, connectivity, and telecommunications, there's an urgent need to separate hype from reality and turn the promise of AI into practical solutions. This SIG brings together leading researchers, technologists, entrepreneurs, and practitioners to demystify AI, explore its applications in specific industry verticals, and navigate both the opportunities and ethical considerations of this rapidly evolving technology.

What does a SIG Champion do?

  • Help shape the group's agenda and identify key topics for discussion
  • Connect with speakers and facilitate engaging sessions
  • Build community among members with shared interests

What's in it for you?

  • Expand your professional network across the security and connectivity sectors
  • Raise your profile as a thought leader in the industry
  • Gain early insights into emerging trends and challenges
  • Make a tangible impact on the direction of industry conversations

Ideal candidates are early-career professionals with expertise or strong interest in artificial intelligence, and a passion for bringing people together to solve complex challenges.

SIG Champions must be Cambridge Wireless members.

If you’re interested or would like more information, email our team with a bit about your background and your expertise in AI, along with your LinkedIn profile if you have one.
