DIT pitching event for businesses in the tech sector to meet businesses and academics in Belgium.e for reference and share it with your colleaguesThis Department for International Trade (DIT) event is aimed at UK tech companies active in the fields of AI, 5G, Cyber, Smart Cities and Fintech.
It will be a pitching event which gives UK companies the opportunity to meet business executives (banks, ports, telecom companies and so on), city representatives and academics from Belgium to explore a better future for our cities and societies. The pitching event will be in Brussels on 7 March 2023.
Upon registration, the British Embassy in Brussels along with experts will carefully select candidates in terms of innovation, market and export readiness.

2. Technology Trade Mission around Mobilefest Trade Show 25 – 26 January 2023, Istanbul, TURKEY. Deadline to apply 23 December 2022.
The Department for International Trade (DIT) will be taking a trade mission to Turkey around Mobilefest Trade Show in Istanbul.
The mission is designed for UK export-ready technology companies with an interest in the following areas:
- Cybersecurity
- Internet of Things
- Data Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence
- Mobile technologies

3. ASEAN: UK-Southeast Asia Tech Week, 13-17th March 2023- INDONESIA (Jakarta) and THAILAND (Bangkok). Deadline to register is 4 January 2023.

The UK’s Department for International Trade (DIT) is delighted to be organising our first-ever UK – Southeast Asia Tech Week! Running from Monday 13 – Friday 17 March, DIT will lead a delegation of fifteen cutting-edge UK technology companies to Indonesia (Jakarta) and Thailand (Bangkok) for a series of valuable business engagements with influential government and business representatives from across the region.
We are looking for fifteen cutting-edge, export-ready UK technology companies with solutions in the fields of:
- The Internet of Things (including Sensors, Industry 4.0, and Analytics)
- Technologies for Net-Zero.
The Proposed Programme will include:
- Targeted one-to-one business matching sessions with potential business partners and customers
- Reverse pitching sessions with regional conglomerates
- Workshops and roundtables on the ASEAN tech landscape and local market requirements
- On-site visits to relevant local organisations and companies
- Networking events with key business leaders and influential government officials
