This talk from the Satellite Communications Catapult considers that as battery technology continues to become increasingly important for a number of emerging industries and technologies such as electric vehicles and grid storage there is growing pressure to ensure the supply chains are future proof.

Lightweighting, robustness and energy - materials applications in space

Airbus Space R&T Director will speak to these key challenges for the firm.

Dr Madeleine Morris, a researcher at the Grantham Institute of Imperial College will deliver a talk on EnergyREV sprints and storage local energy systems.

Professor Richard Wilding OBE of Cranfield University is an expert in the flexibility of supply chains and value networks and will give a talk with case studies relevant to this key and exciting conference session.
