Join Stratagem IPM’s Cambridge Tech Week Fringe Event for a practical lunchtime session exploring how innovators, start-ups, and spin-outs can make smarter IP decisions. 

We’ll tackle the questions many teams face when developing new technology: Should I patent my invention? Can I publish my research? Is keeping my technology confidential a better option? The answers are not always obvious, and making the wrong decision at the wrong time can have lasting consequences.

Through a keynote presentation and Q&A over lunch (lunch provided), attendees will gain insight into different IP strategies, including when to pursue patent protection, when trade secrets may be the better route, the importance of timing a patent filing, and when choosing not to register IP rights to protect an invention may be the right commercial decision. 

The event provides an opportunity to explore IP strategy with Stratagem IPM’s patent attorneys, ask questions, and continue informal discussions afterwards.
