Collusion is recruiting: help us shape the future of the art/tech ecosystem

Collusion is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO), exploring technology as a medium for artistic and social transformation. Following the launch of our 2026 report The Ecosystem: Finding balance in the digital arts superorganism, we're building our team to help us turn its findings into action. This is a pivotal moment to join a small, highly-networked team and NPO at the forefront of the UK’s art and technology. Become a crucial player in developing this emerging digital / immersive / hybrid cross artform sector into a healthy ecosystem with a regenerative lifecycle.

If you’re an an ambitious, experienced, tech-loving Producer with a track record of delivering high-quality art/tech projects, this role is for you. You’ll bridge curation with hands-on project management, leading our flagship ART // TECH // PLAY programme, supporting practice-led artist experimentation with creative technologies and distribution of innovative art/tech work.

£35k pa pro rata (£28k for 0.8 FTE / 30hrs) + 3% pension contribution. Flexible annualised hours scheme

Location: Based at Cambridge Junction or home, with travel to locations across East Anglia

Term: Initially fixed to end March 2028 with a view to extend subject to NPO funding

Working times: Typically Monday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. We have an annualised hours scheme supporting work/life balance, allowing working patterns to be flexed.

Start date: 01 September 2026 or thereafter
