IMAPS-UK and the CHIMES IKC project have organised the Heterogeneous Integration Workshop at the University of Southampton (Address: Centenary Building, Salisbury Road, Highfield Campus, S017 1BJ) to provide a comprehensive review of how the technology is applied in microelectronics packaging. There will also be the opportunity to tour the Southampton Nanofabrication Centre.
