About Form the Future CIC
We help young people find their route through education into employment, and provide employers access to their future talent.
Many young people leave school without adequate careers education, unsure of what they want to do and how to enter the world of work. With volunteers from business, we equip students with the careers awareness, skills, motivation and ambition to succeed. By working with us, businesses can build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines for their business or industry, while meeting their ESG and social value objectives.
