NXP’s Executive Vice President of R&D to Speak at Industry Summit

London, November 20th: Growth and Investment Theme NMI announced today that Dr. Hai Wang, EVP of Research and Development joins the speaker line-up for this year’s Industry Summit held at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, London on November 20th.

Dr. Wang is a senior member of the NXP management team with over 25 years industry experience with companies including LSI Corporation, Agere Systems and National Semiconductor. The theme for the Summit is growth and investment and Dr. Wang will talk about the major opportunity of the Internet of Things and give an international perspective on how Singapore is supporting its native technology industry.

The Summit also includes prominent speakers from the UK: Dr. Drew Nelson CEO of IQE, Sarah Macken, CEO of ESCO, Stan Boland, serial entrepreneur and Sir Hossein Yassaie, CEO of Imagination Technologies, each providing their unique perspectives of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

To complement the talks NMI will also make announcements about its future strategy and how it will play its part in catalysing the UK’s potential.
