It is buzzing here and resonates with a high performing team plus sound management. Tough decisions have to be made to grow a business, but all you ask is that everyone is treated equally.  A good leader/manager will be; considered, thoughtful with workloads and share praise + feedback in equal measures. "Fair" is a valuable commodity, money cannot buy it, as an employee you are respected, supported and feel looked after. You may not always agree with the decision, but you understand why it was made as it was communicated well.  Fair Street is a good green, leafy street to live on :-)
