About the event

The specialist advisors in buying and selling technology businesses, Prism Corporate Broking, will discuss the key factors that can add value across all business sectors and more essentially, the aspects that attract interest from buyers.

The Prism team will show how “getting your ducks in a row” and providing clear evidence to demonstrate the opportunities for the business will increase traction in any sales process. They will also touch on the timing of a business sale in the context of the current tech M&A market conditions and discuss how best to make the timing work for you.

This live webinar is perfect for owner-managers of technology-related businesses who are looking to maximise value in a future exit but is also suitable for non-tech businesses too.
