Leaders are employed to drive change. But it can be easy to waste huge amounts of energy and resources on an initiative if it is not effectively or sustainably implemented.
At this workshop we will identify the common factors that hinder the progress of change and explore how our brains play a pivotal role, depending on their response. Informed by brain science, we will also establish practical actions that leaders can take to communicate reassurance and generate trust across their teams.
We will have the opportunity to discuss the latest ideas around effective change leadership processes and hear first hand experiences from our guest speakers.
The Workshop
The event will start with an evening meal on the 11th December, allowing you to meet your fellow attendees in a relaxed environment. A full day workshop then follows on the 12th December. This Foundation will be at Barnett Hill Hotel, Surrey. We hope you are able to join us!
Event ticket £295+VAT. Tickets include a three-course dinner, overnight accommodation, full-day workshop, refreshments and lunch.
