This is about valuing different roles, being transparent and agreeing things up front. However, every scenario is different and how do you gauge what is fair against the interests of the company?

Enterprise Tuesday is a series of free evening lectures and networking sessions open to all. It is managed and delivered by the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre. The weekly format consists of a lecture following by an hour of networking.
