Helping employees to improve wellbeing by understanding and withstanding the financial pinch points of life, is becoming increasingly incumbent upon employers.

This free event will provide you with valuable insight into why financial wellbeing in your workplace is becoming more important than ever before.  It is set to be an engaging and informative workshop where we will explore the challenges, benefits and impact of a well designed wellbeing programme.

The event will help to answer a host of questions and we will look at the following aspects:

- the psychology of money

- why financial wellbeing is the missing piece of the puzzle

- financial wellbeing - managing the key risks

- financial wellbeing in practice

Close Brothers have been inspiring employees to make a positive change to their financial future for over 45 years.  They help businesses make a difference to employees’ financial wellbeing.

The event is designed for Managers, Leaders, Business Owners and HR Professionals who are keen to support the wellbeing of their employees, and ultimately the health of the business.  Wellbeing in the workplace is multi-faceted and this is one aspect that we cannot ignore going forward.
