Thanks to demand from Cambridge Network members we are delighted to be relaunching the forum to support Reward Leaders across the Cambridge area. As well as discussing ways to attract and retain talent, this forum offers a confidential opportunity to engage with other leaders on key innovations, access latest research, and collaboratively find solutions to real business challenges. Membership will be limited to senior leaders with responsibility for strategic reward decisions, ensuring robust and meaningful debate. The group will be facilitated by James Bolton, Scrutton Bland an experienced local reward leader.
