Having key stakeholders of Cambridge and representatives of Chinese tour operators involved, Visit Cambridge and Cambridge China Centre are co-organizing this important meeting, exploring ideas and interventions to improve the welcome and management of Chinese visitors to Cambridge, to reach out to Chinese tour operators and summer school organizers, to promote balanced and diverse tourism resources of Cambridge and beyond, to enhance mutual communication and understanding, to maximise the opportunities for businesses and visitors, and at the same time to reduce negative impacts from overwhelming tourism on a world-famous small city like Cambridge.
