Spencer Pitts,
Digital Workspace Chief Technologist, EMEA, VMware

Spencer Pitts is the VMware Digital Workspace Chief Technologist for EMEA joining in 2007 and brings 25+ years IT experience into the role.

He is responsible for developing and communicating to customers, partners also industry Analysts, the VMware Digital Workspace (Workspace One) strategy and vision. Spencer works predominantly in the area of End User Computing but also works with Peers in VMware on surrounding and complimentary solutions (IOT, SDDC).

Spencer works hand in hand with the End user Computing Office of the CTO as well as the Global VMware office of the CTO helping to bring insight into R&D and organisation around real customers’ needs and thinking.

Prior to VMware he worked at customers such as GMAC, BNoY Financial Services, in the area of End User Services implementing many projects around Desktop and Application Lifecycle management.  Spencer has also worked for other Software companies such as Symantec both in a consultant capacity and Pre-Sales.

Lee Norvall

Lee has founded and managed a number of UK based tech businesses including Fusion Media Networks, an Internet and Cloud service provider winning a number industry awards while serving a wide range of market verticals.

Lee was involved in M&A during the transition of the business and successfully exited in 2016.  Lee’s core focus is now on delivering Cloud, Edge Cloud, 5G and Data Centre Networking solutions.

Chris Ward-Jones

During the course of the last 30 years Chris has established an excellent reputation as a technologist with a breadth of understanding rarely seen. An expert in automation, integration, cloud and transformation, he is in constant demand with clients who have come to depend on Chris to solve some of their toughest IT related problems.

Chris has spent many years at the bleeding edge of technology using his detailed understanding of multiple disciplines to tackle complex issues on behalf of many enterprise and SME clients. More recently Chris has used his knowledge to focus on the development of new technologies with the goal of reducing the costs of digital solutions such as cloud and edge technologies.

Max has been responsible for the development and management of the Evolving Networks channel programme since early 2019, during that time taking the lead on large scale transformation projects with some of the UKs largest IT service providers and nationally recognised brands.

With access to one of the most cutting edge networking solutions in the world and an industry leading solution design team, Max has become a master in the design of bespoke connectivity solutions for any instance.

Prior to Evolving Networks, Max spent a decade supporting IT transformation projects primarily in the Learning & Development space.
