Professor Stelios Kavadias, Academic Director of the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre and Director of the SME Growth Challenge programme, will discuss the opportunities for companies and their senior managers teams as they try to take their startup or small business to the next level. How do you manage growth successfully across the business? What are the key issues to consider? Is it all about funding? Or is it about the team? How can Cambridge Judge help CEOs and their companies with these growth challenges?

We’ll be joined by three CEOs of successful companies for a panel session. They will discuss their motivations and criteria for joining our SME Growth Challenge programme, as well as their experience of the programme, the impact and outcomes.

There’ll be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions during a Q&A session and to continue the conversation during networking fuelled by beer, wine and canapés.
