About the speaker: Mike Power, Director, PostureWorx
Mike qualified as a CIEHF recognised DSE assessor in 2015 and has completed countless DSE assessments, offering essential advice on being more comfortable at work. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years, Mike is a highly regarded specialist in MSK dysfunction and corrective exercise.
When not working, Mike can be found spending time with his wife and three kids, playing golf or running in one of the many obstacle races across the UK.
