As the Head of Engineering, you will manage both hardware, software, and project management divisions as well as being part of being one of the main points of contact for both the customers and production site in Asia. This is an urgent requirement and ideally, someone would be able to start as soon as possible.
The Head of Engineering position will suit someone from a technical background with an interest in audio devices. You will need to have experience managing both commercial and engineering functions as well as the following
- Experience with electronics, mechanics, manufacturing, software and/or industrial engineering
- Experience in managing engineering and R&D teams
- Ideally holds a technical degree
