Summary
The Patent Administrator is responsible for providing general secretarial and administrative assistance in order
to support the fee earners in providing a timely and efficient service. This will include assistance with case
management and patent formalities, to ensure that patent applications and official actions are responded to
within the statutory timescales.

The successful candidate will have previous experience - ideally within a professional services environment. They will also have good IT and typing skills. IP experience and experience of using a document management system is preferred. The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate organisation and prioritisation skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
