Learn the tools of effective training

Anyone who has to deliver training will benefit from a one-day course coming up soon from Cambridge Network's Learning Collaboration.

Train The Trainer on June 11 acknowledges that trainers need to establish their credibility within the first half hour of any training intervention. Then they have to build on that to create a valuable and enjoyable learning experience that changes performance.

This workshop will give you the tools and techniques necessary for achieving this.

After exploring a range of training styles, you will:

  • Develop effective training and presentation skills
  • Understand learning and how to build a programme around it
  • Identify your own training style and produce a plan to develop your skills
  • Consider a range of training methodologies, how to develop them and use them effectively
  • Present a training session and receive feedback on it
  • Develop an action plan for use when developing and running training programmes.
