Peter covered the range of activities going on in the area of specifying how to achieve interoperability for live IP in the broadcast production media field. These include SMPTE and AES standards, AMWA NMOS specifications, and more recently efforts to provide a “full-stack” definition of what must be implemented to achieve config-free working in real systems.
