Security and the Internet of Things

Nick gives an introduction to security for the Internet of Things. As more and more connected devices come to market designers need to think carefully about how data is protected from its origin, through phones and gateways to a data store and back to monitoring and control devices. This talk looks at the overall data flow, the need to construct security models that cover the whole system and some of the pitfalls that lay in wait for Internet of Things designers.
