Driving Change: The Shift to Zero Emission Vehicles

Join us for a SIG event where we explore the real-world implications and emerging opportunities tied to the phasing out of petrol and diesel vehicles.

Join us for the launch of the Connected & Intelligent Places Special Interest Group, where we’ll explore the real-world implications and emerging opportunities tied to the phasing out of petrol and diesel vehicles.

This full-day event, kindly hosted by Mills & Reeve in their London office, brings together policymakers, technologists, legal experts and innovators to examine the transition from Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) to Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) – and what it means for both public and private roads.

Through two focused sessions, the day will feature keynote presentations, dynamic panel discussions, and short flash talks from emerging companies with solutions and insights to share. Topics will range from software-defined vehicles to automated bus trials, government policy, legal perspectives, and the evolving role of infrastructure. Whether you’re working in transport, planning, policy or tech, this is your chance to connect, question and contribute to one of the most significant shifts in the transport landscape in decades.
