How to Build a Business Culture for Success

Brought to you by The Business Group

Join us for this hour-long online resilience-building workshop focusing on three key areas: empowering your team and motivating employees, engaging customers’ changing needs and delivering commercial growth in the toughest of environments.

About the event

This interactive session is FREE and open to all.

The weather is changing, businesses and shops are reopening their doors, and the mood of the public is cautious yet positive.

As we emerge from pandemic restrictions, organisations will encounter new business opportunities, as well as ongoing challenges.

Businesses and organisations from all sectors and sizes are adapting at pace. Building a successful company in the current landscape has multiple elements, but few are as important as the resilience of your business to bounce back.

As we move through 2021, organisations will need to look at their strategic priorities and adapt to the new model of working which have emerged since the pandemic.

To support you during this period, the CW Business Group is running a free, one-hour online resilience immersive workshop exploring three critical areas;

  • Creating the right culture for your employees; with the advent of remote teams most organisations will need to create a flexible culture for success that boosts both performance and staff satisfaction. The need to get this right is key to staff retention in the future.
  • Adapting to new models for engaging with your customers; the rules of engagement with your customers and clients has changed with new models for marketing and sales. Understanding and creating strategies to address these is key for your long-term success.
  • Access to funding; exploring the opportunities and challenges for successfully securing funding for your commercial growth.

This online, session is in the form of facilitated roundtables breakout discussions, with the expectation that the table will also draw upon their own experiences, thoughts and advice as part of the discussion.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss two of the three topics in the hour session, and you will be asked to confirm your preference at registration.

This session is FREE and open to all.
