New Technologies, New Opportunities: Introducing IoT

Brought to you by CW (Cambridge Wireless)

This event introduces business leaders in the Greater Cambridge region to the ‘state of play’ of the Internet of Things, provides a demystification of key terms, examples of how IoT is being used commercially by businesses today, and poses key questions for your business to consider.

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

The Internet of Things (IoT) covers a broad range of approaches to source data from low-cost and low-power sensors from any number of remote systems and devices, connected to the Internet typically over a wireless connection. This session will look at a number of real-world examples of IoT deployment and usage, and examine the maturity of IoT and consider the opportunities and challenges for deploying IoT.

What impact will IoT have on your business and industry sector? Join us at this timely event where we will demystify IoT, separate hype from reality and help you to begin to think through the implications for your own business.
