What is Industrial IoT?

Brought to you by The Industrial IoT Group

This session is a relaunch of the Industrial IoT SIG. It offers an introduction or refresher course to the concept of Industrial IoT.

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

The introduction of automation, sensors and data exchange into manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics and service processes is enabling enterprises to make significant changes to how they define, build, deliver, and sell products, manage assets and support workers. The impact is revolutionising productivity and, after successful proofs-of-concepts and steady adoption in recent years, is now a “must-have” for any industrial business.

This session is an ideal introduction or refresher course to the concept of Industrial IoT. You will hear about real-life applications of IoT in different sectors. Delegates will get a broad overview of the industrial IoT technology landscape, and insight into what new disruptions are on the horizon.
