We’re now looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to expand our team.

We’re now looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to expand our team.

You will work with clients and project teams to directly manage a range of digital projects (from websites to digital marketing campaigns).

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of digital projects to ensure smooth delivery of projects on time and to budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Day-to-day management of the delivery of digital project tasks using appropriate tools
  • Produce documentation including sitemaps, specifications, delivery schedules and updates
  • Lead the agency's marketing automation team and act as the key agency contact for clients across this portfolio
  • Work to maximise and continually improve team and workflow efficiency

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager using both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Great communication skills with a customer focused approach
  • Strong technical writing skills for defining requirements, design and specification documentation
  • Ability to work closely and coordinate entire project teams
  • Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Passionate about digital and identifying new opportunities
  • Commercially minded
  • Astute, opinionated people person with a knack for bringing people onside and seeing things through

DESIRABLE:

  • Experience in managing omni-channel projects
  • A background in development
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Prince2 qualification
  • UX/UI knowledge, enabling production of user journeys and wireframes
