Responsibilities
- Provide high quality inside sales support to the Account Management team to increase their productivity and effectiveness
- Manage inbound leads, investigate these leads and generate prospects and provide diligent follow up
- Carry out desktop research to identify prospective clients and partners in specific markets
- Help prepare and execute partner enablement and management programmes
- Support preparation for CRFS activities at trade shows and industry conferences
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or other technical subject or equivalent professional experience.
- Real determination to support customers, follow up on enquiries, leads and opportunities, and assist the sales team with closing sales
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and high productivity
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to first-line enquiries with technical credibility
- Self-starter and a good team player
