Software Engineer (Visualisation)

Summary

We are looking for people who are great communicators, excited to work with cutting-edge technology, such as the latest techniques in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, GraphQL and WebGL, to write scalable and well-engineered code, who are ready to learn, to solve challenging problems with novel approaches. Our mission is to be the engine that powers smart nations. GeoSpock’s location intelligence engine provides the ability to discover new insights from legacy data gathered over years of operation or extreme data from the hyper-connected world of sensors and portable assets.

Role

At GeoSpock we are developing high-performance visualisations of very large scale geo-temporal data using JavaScript.

We are looking for people who are great communicators, excited to work with cutting-edge technology, such as the latest techniques in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, GraphQL and WebGL, to write scalable and well-engineered code, who are ready to learn, to solve challenging problems with novel approaches. A proven ability to learn is essential, and experience in related technologies would be beneficial.

We need people ready to write JavaScript in the browser and on the server, to keep up-to-date with the NPM ecosystem and the evolving language, to design and implement great code.
