Our embedded analytics technology allows product designers to add advanced cybersecurity, functional safety and performance tuning features; helping to resolve critical issues experienced in increasing system complexity and ever- decreasing time-to-market. We are a young, growth-stage company, proud of our technology and selling globally to many of the most respected and most exciting technology companies on the planet

What are we looking for?

As our global sales teams have continued success, we are looking to expand the team to include an Inside Sales representative to be based in their home office with regular travel to both our Cambridge and Bristol offices as well as periodic international travel.  You will be responsible for researching prospects in both new and existing accounts and being the first person from UltraSoC to reach out to them.

What will you deliver?

Tasks

· Lead generation

· Research prospects in new and existing accounts, gather contact details, make initial contact

· Lead follow up

· Day-to-day qualification of inbound leads and enquiries from our website and marketing campaigns

· CRM updates

· Support event planning

· Secure webinar registrations and meetings at events, and managing follow-up / coordinating with sales team re; follow-up.

·Support global sales team

·Arranging conference calls / demo sessions with prospects, to pre-qualify prior to further engagement

·Assisting with renewals

·Cold calling new prospects

Who do we need?

Essential

·Previous experience in a similar role

·Structured approach to working in a dynamic environment. You need to be organised and on top of your game

·Solid administrative skills and attention to detail are essential – Wanting to keep the admin accurate should be your thing

·Experience of using Salesforce or other CRM or data management tools  - Are you a bit of  CRM superuser?

·The get up and go to be able to be self-motivated and hungry to make success happen

·An interest in, and ability to understand, complex technology – You need to get what we do and be able to relay this to potential clients!

·Be confident in dealing with pitching and winning business using different methods of communication - are you equally comfortable on the stage AND behind the scenes?”

·Tenacity and perseverance to find the new buying centres and points of contact within both new and existing customers

·Strong organisational skills – You will be supporting a really busy team who manage clients globally so the ability to work in a structured and organised way is essential

·Great relationship building skills – You could be the first person a company interacts with on behalf of UltraSoC so you need to excel at this

Preferable

·Advanced CRM system knowledge – Are you a CRM Super-user?

·Degree-level STEM qualification, or experience in deep tech industry

·Knowledge of account-based marketing, retention campaigns would certainly be helpful
