Howes Percival’s #Cambridge office has acted in the sale of digital design and software build agency Lola Tech Holdings to DataArt Technologies UK Ltd.

Howes Percival’s Cambridge office has acted in the sale of digital design and software build agency Lola Tech Holdings to DataArt Technologies UK Ltd.

Lola Tech was founded in 2010, has offices in London and Romania and specialises in cloud-centric software solutions. DataArt, a global software development company, headquartered in the US, with over 25 locations around the world.

Howes Percival was instructed by the founder, Luke McNeice, CEO Inge Cuypers, and the other shareholders of Lola Tech Holdings, and worked closely with senior management on all aspects of the deal.

The team was led by Corporate Partner Oliver Pritchard, supported by Tom Maksymiw. The firm’s Jonathan Mumby and Matthew Potter advised on the employment law aspects of the deal.
