Qualified as a BEng in Electrical and Electronic engineering Neil brings a wealth of Project management and Microwave technology innovation to the business, built up over a wide ranging career operating in diverse markets across the globe. He has spent significant time on design of components and systems for Microwave applications in Defence Radar, EW and sensing ,Marine and commercial applications most recently as Programes Director at a world leading EW specialist.
