Network guests: hear from Jim McKelvey on Thursday and Joep van Beurden on 23 September

Software developers, entrepreneurs, business angels and designers - or indeed anyone working in IT or technology with an interest in how to start up, run and develop a business - will welcome the opportunity to hear US entrepreneur Jim McKelvey, who presents a Tech Talk to Cambridge Network members this Thursday.

Cambridge Network Founder and Director Dr Hermann Hauser has kindly arranged for Jim to speak at this meeting, which takes place at The Hauser Forum from 5pm-8pm.

Business lecture: Joep van Beurden, CSR

Later this month (23 September at The Hauser Forum), don't miss the chance to hear the latest from Joep van Beurden, CEO of CSR,  the Cambridge-based global leader in wireless technology.

CSR is a technology pioneer, developing silicon, software and services for the consumer electronics market.  The company has a specific focus on connectivity, voice and music, Bluetooth® Smart, document imaging, automotive infotainment and location technologies.

Joep van Beurden was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 November 2007. He has over 15 years of experience in managing technology companies in the US and Europe.
