Taylor Vinters act for Carter Jonas on high-profile acquisitions

Taylor Vinters has advised fast-growing property consultancy, Carter Jonas, on a second high-profile deal in as many months. The latest acquisitions involve Cambridge-based property companies Januarys and Bradshaws, and follow last month’s acquisition of Planning Perspectives LLP in London.

Effective as of 30 January, the latest developments mean Carter Jonas’ team of property specialists in Cambridge will rise to 80, while the acquisition of Planning Perspectives has increased their London and planning development team significantly. With 32 offices across the UK and 75 chartered planners and surveyors scattered across these locations, theirs is one of the largest teams in the UK and it continues to grow rapidly.
