Cambridge Network team gets in the saddle for cancer charity

Seasoned distance cyclist Hilary Laing, the Network's COO, (pictured left), will be joined by team members (left to right) Claire Angus, Jonathan Brech, Sarah Gleadell and Andrea Mitchell. Together they will set out from Pickett's Lock in north London and ride through beautiful countryside to the finish at Midsummer Common in the heart of Cambridge, where they will be met with music, refreshments, a beer tent - and a welcome massage.

"We have all been training regularly for the past eight weeks, so we hope to be able to complete the ride relatively easily," said Claire, who has set up a Justgiving page for the group. "But it will be a challenge for those of us who haven't done this type of thing before.

"We will definitely be spurred on by the idea of raising significant funds for the breast cancer charity, so we hope that Cambridge Network members will dig deep and give generously for this important cause."
