Call for Speakers Open for Cambridge Tech Week 2026

Under the theme How Deep Tech Changes the World, this year’s programme will bring together founders, investors, researchers, policymakers, corporates and technology leaders to explore the ideas, technologies and commercial breakthroughs shaping the future.

Cambridge Tech Week is looking for speakers who can bring genuine insight, challenge and real-world experience to the conversation. Not theory, but practical perspectives on what is actually changing industries, economies and society.

Topics across the week include:

• Med Tech and Health Tech 

• Startup to Scaleup growth journeys 

• Investment and funding 

• Commercialising research and innovation 

• Deep Tech infrastructure and ecosystems

• Global competitiveness and regional collaboration 

• Dual-use technologies and the future of defence innovation 

Sessions will take place across a mix of keynote talks, panels, fireside discussions and specialist deep-dive conversations during the Conference Week.

The programme is designed to reflect the breadth of the innovation ecosystem, from globally recognised technology leaders and scaleups to emerging founders, researchers and industry specialists.

If you are interested in submitting a speaker nomination, please complete the submission form by 5pm, Friday 22 May 2026. All submissions will be reviewed by the editorial team. Successful nominations will be aligned to the most relevant part of the programme and confirmed by Monday 29 June 2026. Content is proposed and there will be opportunity for modification prior to publication.
