ctm achieves ISO 27001:2022 certification
This achievement represents far more than an additional badge. It reflects a deep, organisation wide commitment to protecting information, managing risk and delivering consistent, high quality services for our customers.
By integrating quality and information security into a single management framework, we have strengthened governance, improved operational resilience and embedded continual improvement across everything we do.
This milestone comes at an especially exciting time. It follows Gareth, our General Manager, becoming an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, further strengthening our in house expertise, and coincides with the launch of our new AI Managed Service, where strong governance, ethical use of technology and information security are fundamental.
Achieving this certification required sustained effort across the organisation, from refining processes to embedding security conscious behaviours into day to day operations. Huge thanks go to the entire team, with particular recognition to Gareth and Louise, our People Manager.
We see this not as a finish line, but as another important step in our journey. Our Integrated Management System will continue to evolve as we respond to new risks, technologies and opportunities, ensuring we remain secure, resilient and ready for the future.
