CGI has been certified as a Top Employer UK for the seventh year in a row by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional workforce planning, career and succession management, culture, learning and development, and leadership development.

The annual international research conducted by the Top Employers Institute evaluates the employee conditions of leading employers around the world, measuring their work environments against rigorous international standards.
