Volunteer Applications Now Open for Cambridge Tech Week 2026

Cambridge Tech Week has officially opened applications for volunteers to support this year’s Conference Week, taking place from 14–18 September 2026 across venues in central Cambridge.

Now in its fifth year, Cambridge Tech Week continues to bring together founders, investors, researchers, global technology businesses, policymakers and industry leaders for a week focused on how Deep Tech is changing the world.

Behind every major event is a team helping keep everything moving. From welcoming delegates and supporting speakers, to helping exhibitors, assisting with registration and supporting session logistics, volunteers play an important role in delivering the experience across the week.

The volunteer programme offers an opportunity to gain practical event experience, build confidence, meet people across the tech ecosystem and experience Cambridge Tech Week from behind the scenes.

No previous experience is required and volunteers do not need to commit to the full week. Cambridge Wireless, the organiser of Cambridge Tech Week, is looking for people aged 18+ who are enthusiastic, reliable and happy to get involved across a variety of roles.

Volunteers will receive training and support ahead of the event and can select the days and times they are available throughout Conference Week.

Cambridge Tech Week 2026 will explore the technologies, businesses and ideas shaping the future across AI, Quantum, Health Tech, scaling, investment and global innovation leadership, bringing together some of the most influential voices from across the international technology ecosystem.

Applications to volunteer are now open.
