Work with Senior HR Manager, Europe and L&D Administrator to develop and implement an innovative and high impact L&D Strategy for our European Offices, including (but not limited to) the below:

  • Conduct training needs analysis for our European teams
  • Implement L&D metrics to identify the effectiveness of learning initiatives and learning transfer
  • Develop and deliver engaging training content for in-house soft skills courses and learning initiatives (for example ‘Cultural Awareness’, ‘Time Management’, ‘Growth Mindset’, ‘Psychological Safety’)
  • Partner with global L&D team to effectively run global programs and integrate with European initiatives
  • Develop and implement leadership training aligned with leadership competencies
  • Improve access to technical training/knowledge sharing particularly for junior engineers
  • Develop content and material aimed at engaging new starters to be used as part of our induction program
  • Work with Senior HR Manager, Europe to develop and rollout internal communications initiatives
  • Lead/support the European and/or global HR team with other projects as required
