About the Role
Reporting to the Salesforce Team Lead, this role will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that the company is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.

The role holder will provide support to internal users across all departments, troubleshoot and resolve queries, develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, and create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, profiles and page layouts.

The role holder will be responsible for user administration, audit and data quality maintenance and integrity, including regular data cleansing routine, complete bulk imports/updates of data, develop training plans and materials, deliver training and communication to business users and monitor and drive adoption.

The role holder will be working with senior members of the team to gather, analyze and review business, functional and technical requirements, develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, process builders and flows.

The role holder will also be responsible for the testing of new functionality and customisation, keep abreast of new releases and developments in Salesforce and AppExchange, rollout and train users on relevant new features as they are released, and maintain overall health of system to ensure it is fit for purpose for all stakeholders.

About You
You will be an experienced Salesforce professional with good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities and experience of implementation, configuration and support of the product in both Classic and Lightning versions. 

You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, be able to interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly and have the ability to work in a team or individually.

You will preferably hold the Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or ADM211) and have worked with middleware products such as Informatica or Jitterbit.
