Jake Ryan has joined Bailey Fisher Executive Search as a Senior Associate, helping fast growth technology businesses to build their leadership teams. He will be supporting clients across the technology sector as they make C-suite hires to drive further growth. Before joining Bailey Fisher, Jake was a Talent Specialist at Cambridge start-up Origami, where he was responsible for recruiting into key roles across all departments. Prior to Origami, Jake worked for two further tech start-ups and founded his own recruitment business at the age of 19.

Jake’s approach to executive search is people-driven and he focuses on delivering an outstanding candidate journey, ensuring alignment with the role, and placing diversity, equity and inclusion at the forefront of all processes.
