PEM strengthens leadership team with appointment of Andrew Mason as Partner

With over 25 years’ experience in audit and assurance, Andrew joins PEM from RSM UK, where he was a Partner in the firm’s Cambridge office. He brings extensive technical knowledge and a proven track record of working alongside entrepreneurial private companies, mid-market venture capital and private equity backed businesses, and international groups across a diverse range of sectors.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with PEM as a trainee, qualifying in 1997. He has spent the majority of his career in the Cambridgeshire market, including senior positions with prominent mid-tier national firm. This has given Andrew a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the region’s business community and the challenges faced by growing, and well-established organisations.

His broad sector insight – advising clients in technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer market sectors – combined with a pragmatic and commercially-driven approach, makes him a valuable addition to PEM’s growing leadership team.
